At Tal Ironi Jewelry, we understand that your purchase is precious—both in value and in meaning. Every order is handled with the utmost care, from our Beverly Hills studio to your door, ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Production Lead Time

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production on all orders. Each piece is crafted, inspected, and prepared with meticulous attention to detail before it ships. Once your piece is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Custom and bespoke orders may require additional time beyond this window (see below).

Complimentary Insured Shipping

We are pleased to offer free fully insured shipping on all orders within the United States. Every shipment is insured for its full retail value from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives in your hands. There are no minimum order requirements—every piece, regardless of price, ships at no additional cost to you.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carrier: FedEx Priority, fully insured.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment
  • Cost: Complimentary on all orders
  • Signature Required: Yes, on all deliveries (see below)

Once production is complete (typically 4–6 weeks), orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: FedEx International Priority, fully insured
  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Signature Required: Yes, on all deliveries

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You may also log into your account on talironijewelry.com to view your order status and tracking details at any time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Due to the signature requirement and high value of our shipments, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses for our military customers, though delivery times may vary. Please contact us for specific timelines.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak holiday periods (including but not limited to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the December holiday season), we recommend placing orders at least 7–10 business days before your desired delivery date. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays may occur during high-volume periods. For time-sensitive occasions, please reach out to us directly so we can coordinate the best shipping solution for you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@talironijewelry.com. Because every shipment is fully insured, we will work swiftly to file a claim and either replace your item or issue a full refund. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we will handle the entire process on your behalf.
